One arrival. One clear expectation.
An ad for exterior painting creates a different expectation from a recommendation for the whole business. We put the original ad, search question or referral next to the page. The first screen should make the connection immediately understandable.
Give the decision enough substance.
A strong headline opens the conversation. The page still needs useful detail: who the offer helps, what is included, genuine evidence, important conditions and what happens after an enquiry. Short where the answer is simple. Detailed where the decision needs it.
Follow the enquiry beyond the button.
A quiz can ask one relevant question at a time. Visitors need to review their answers, correct mistakes and recognise whether the request arrived. We include the receiving system and the person who replies in the scope, instead of treating the button as the end.
Improve from a useful comparison.
We agree one question, two meaningful options and the signal that would support a change. With little traffic, a realistic customer task can reveal a misunderstanding. With suitable volume and measurement, a comparison test can answer a specific question. More clicks alone do not establish better enquiries.
